Report Anything Anywhere Anytime · Last updated: July 28, 2026
Report Anything Anywhere Anytime is a photo-based reporting tool (currently covering Property Condition Reports). You add photos, group and annotate them, add remarks, and generate a PDF report.
We do not operate any servers that store your report content, and we do not collect personal data for our own use. Specifically:
Everything you create in the app — property details, photos, and annotations — is stored locally on your device by default, in the app's private storage area. It stays there for as long as the app remains installed with its data intact.
If you uninstall the app, or clear its storage through your device settings, that data is permanently deleted from your device. If you never turned on Google Drive backup, we never had a copy to begin with and cannot recover it. Some devices' general backup features (such as iCloud or Android's system backup) may incidentally include the app's local data, but this depends on your device settings and isn't something the app controls or guarantees.
We recommend exporting a report (as a PDF, or as a photo download) once it's complete, so you retain a copy outside the app.
If you turn this on in Settings, the app signs you into your Google account (via Google's own sign-in flow) and stores your reports — property details, captions, and photos — in a hidden, app-private folder inside your own Google Drive. We request the narrowest possible Drive permission (the "appdata" scope), which only lets the app see files it created itself — never the rest of your Drive. This data lives in your Google account, governed by Google's own privacy policy; we never receive, see, or hold a copy of it ourselves. You can disconnect this at any time from the app's Backup settings, and instructions for deleting the backed-up files are on our data deletion page.
If you purchase the app's paid tier, we limit how many devices a single purchase can be active on. To enforce this, the app sends an anonymous, randomly generated device ID and your store purchase token (an opaque token from Google Play or the App Store, not your name or email) to our server. No other personal information is collected or transmitted for this feature. See our data deletion page for how to have these records removed.
The app requests access to your camera and/or photo library only so you can capture or select photos to include in your reports. Photos you add are processed and stored on your device (and, only if you enable it, in your own Google Drive as described above).
When you choose to export or share a report (for example, generating a PDF or sending a zip of photos), that file is handed off to the destination you pick — such as your device's Files app, email, or another app's share sheet. That transfer is initiated by you and goes wherever you direct it; we have no visibility into or control over what happens to the file after that point.
This app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, of any age, beyond what's described above (which never includes names, emails, or other identifying information).
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change too. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
